Four weeks of coach-led training at LIFT — our way of letting you experience the gym like a member before choosing a membership. A coach will walk you through the class schedule when you sign up.

None at all. Most of our members started as complete beginners. Every movement is coached and scaled to where you are right now. Our coaches have worked with everyone from first-timers to competitive athletes.

The free class is a single session to get a feel for LIFT. Four weeks is for people ready to actually train — enough time to learn the movements, build momentum, and see real progress before picking a membership.

If LIFT is your gym — and we think it will be — we'll walk you through our simple month-to-month membership options. No long-term contracts, no hard sell.
