None at all. Most of our members started as complete beginners. Every movement is coached and scaled to where you are right now. Our coaches have worked with everyone from first-timers to competitive athletes.
The free class is a single session to get a feel for LIFT. Four weeks is for people ready to actually train — enough time to learn the movements, build momentum, and see real progress before picking a membership.
