Arrive & Get Settled
Head in and get settled — no awkward check-in. We'll show you around and answer any questions before class. (We may not always catch you at the door, but a coach is always nearby.)
Warm Up Together
Every class starts with a group warm-up. Coaches explain each movement and scale it to your level.
The Workout
A structured, coach-led strength session. You'll be challenged at your own pace — never pushed beyond what's safe.

Classes run Monday through Sunday across all levels. View the full schedule to find a time that fits.
View Full ScheduleNone at all. Most of our members started as complete beginners. Every movement is coached and scaled to where you are right now. Our coaches have worked with everyone from first-timers to competitive athletes.
Just wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring water — we have everything else. Try to arrive 5 minutes early so we can get you settled before class starts.
LIFT is known for its welcoming atmosphere — it’s the first thing every new member mentions. Everyone here started where you are. Our coaches make sure no one feels lost or left behind.
Nothing, unless you want it to. There’s no pressure, no hard sell. If you love it, we’ll walk you through our simple month-to-month membership options. No contracts, no commitments.
