The focus of Orbit Pelvic Health is to provide comprehensive pelvic floor therapies and wellness strategies to women at any stage of life. Orbit offers a variety of in person services including: pre-birth and postpartum care, return to sport guidance and preparation, regaining control of continence issues, pre and post menopausal support, management of pelvic pain disorders, recovery support for abdominal and pelvic surgeries, improvement strategies for gastric motility and GI discomfort, and more! It is with great excitement that Orbit Pelvic Health will be opening to patients in February 2026 at Lift Training Collective!
