How We Got Here
At LIFT, our mission is to help people build strength that lasts—physically and mentally, by making consistency in fitness achievable and enjoyable. We’ve learned through years of coaching that the biggest challenge most people face isn’t knowing what to do—it’s sticking with it.
That’s why our formula is simple but powerful: Coaching + Community + Collaboration = Consistency. We combine expert, hands-on coaching with an inclusive, supportive environment where relationships thrive and progress is celebrated. Our goal is to help you make fitness a sustainable part of your life, not just a seasonal effort or temporary fix.
LIFT was founded out of a shared belief that fitness is more than sets and reps—it’s about connection, accountability, and the ability to keep showing up, even when life throws curveballs. When our original gym changed hands, Denis, Diane, Ryan, and Ricky came together not just to open another gym, but to preserve the spirit of community that made training meaningful. That same spirit drives us today. We’ve created a space where people feel welcome, supported, and empowered to train for the long haul—because we believe fitness should evolve with you, grow with you, and be something you actually look forward to.

Our team is comprised of down-to-earth and knowledgeable trainers who come from different walks of life and have formed a kinship through our enthusiasm and devotion to fitness, wellness, and genuine friendship.
