LIFT Training Collective features everything from a 5,000 square foot training floor with state-of-the-art Rogue equipment to dedicated areas for group classes and personal training. Our gym is home to The LIFT Clinic, our integrated 900-square-foot wellness center offering physical therapy and chiropractic services right on-site.
