LIFT. Human is our signature, coach-led small group class. Our progressive and measurable programming marries ‘functional' and traditional strength training and conditioning and incorporates a variety of modalities. This class is scalable to all fitness levels and developing proper form is always first priority. Most importantly, you will have fun, feel empowered physically and mentally, and move well in and out of the gym!

LIFT. Olympic

Small Group Olympic Lifting

Ready to master the lifts that build explosive power, full-body strength, and unmatched technique? Join our Olympic Lifting class, held twice a week and led by USAW Certified Coaches Adrien Aries and Vanessa Wynkoop. This hour-long class is designed for all levels and focuses on the foundational lifts of Olympic weightlifting: the Snatch, and Clean-and-Jerk. 

Whether you're new to Olympic lifting or refining your form, you'll drill technique, develop power and precision, and strengthen the accessory muscles that support safe and effective lifting. With expert coaching, progressive programming, and a supportive environment, this class is the perfect way to build confidence under the bar and have fun doing it.

Taylor’s Bootcamp is a high-energy, full-body class designed to boost muscular endurance, keep your heart rate elevated, and push your conditioning to the next level. Expect a fast-paced mix of strength and cardio intervals that challenge you, motivate you, and leave you feeling stronger each week. Join us this Saturday and come ready to work!

Full Body Group Sessions

Join Coach Ricky for his no-frills weightlifting class. All weights, all muscle, no cardio! Old school programming like Chest and Bi’s, Back and Tri’s, and we don’t skip leg day! 10 sets and lift to failure! Expect to work hard and be motivated with Coach Ricky’s signature style!

Yoga

LIFT.Yoga is taught by Yogini Alexandra, and will alternate between Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic, flowing style that links breath with movement. Expect smooth transitions, strength-building sequences, and mobility work that supports lifting, performance, and recovery. Hatha Yoga is a slower-paced, alignment-focused class emphasizing posture, stability, and breath. Great for building body awareness, improving flexibility, and restoring balance after intense training. Periodically, workshops will be offered to dive deeper into specific areas—such as hips, shoulders, spine, breathwork, recovery, or particular poses. Sessions may also explore the use of props to improve strength, mobility, and alignment.  All you need to bring is your yoga mat. No yoga experience is needed and all levels are welcome
