Four (4) LIFT Personal Training Sessions

This gift certificate entitles the bearer to four 1-hour sessions of personal training with a LIFT coach at our gym. Bearer must register with LIFT and sign waivers. LIFT will assign a coach. Scheduling of the sessions will happen once the coach is assigned, at a time mutually convenient with the coach and the bearer.
