Alex has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. She is currently completing an advanced certificate in skeletal alignment, bringing a strong emphasis on safe, intelligent movement to her classes.

By profession, Alex is a nurse and a U.S. Army Reserve officer, and she has over 10 years of experience in strength training. This blend of yoga, anatomy, and athletic training shapes a teaching style that is practical, accessible, and especially supportive for lifters and active bodies. Her classes will focus on mobility, strength, breath, and balance—designed to help you move better both in and out of the gym.
