Middle & High Schoolers Ages 12+

LIFT. Youth is a one hour, coach-led, all-levels group fitness class for middle & high schoolers ages 12 and older. Whether your child is an athlete striving to gain a competitive edge or has never participated in sports, they will learn and practice proper movement technique, improve their strength, agility, and endurance, and build confidence. The objective of this class is to feel empowered, foster a life-long love of exercise, develop healthy habits and encourage risk-taking in a fun, supportive, and social environment.
