About the Class
Sunrise Yoga at LIFT
Sunrise Yoga at LIFT is taught by Alexandra Laverty — a registered nurse, licensed acupuncturist, U.S. Army Reserve officer, and 200-hour certified yoga instructor with over 25 years of practice. She alternates between Vinyasa and Hatha styles to give you a complete, balanced practice.
Vinyasa is dynamic and flowing, linking breath with movement through creative sequences and strength-building flows. Hatha is slower and alignment-focused — emphasizing posture, stability, and breath. Together, they build body awareness, improve flexibility, and balance the demands of strength training. No yoga experience required.

Class Format
- Sunday morning sessions
