About the Class

Coach-Led Olympic Weightlifting

Ready to master the lifts that build explosive power, full-body strength, and unmatched technique? Our Olympic Lifting class is led by USAW Certified Coaches Adrien Aries and Vanessa Wynkoop — two experienced coaches who make the Olympic lifts approachable for athletes at every level.

This 60-minute class focuses on the two foundational Olympic lifts: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. You'll drill technique, develop power and precision, and build the accessory strength that supports safe, effective lifting. Progressive programming means every cycle builds on the last.
