Old-School Iron
Ricky's Pump Club is Coach Ricky Lavine's no-frills weightlifting class — pure strength and hypertrophy work with a classic bodybuilding split. Chest and Bis, Back and Tris, and yes, leg day is mandatory. High volume, lift to failure, and come ready to work.
This isn't a cardio class. It's old-school iron and it's exactly what it sounds like. Ricky's signature coaching style is motivating, direct, and effective. If you've been looking for a class that focuses purely on getting stronger and building muscle without the conditioning element, Pump Club is it.
